Simple Chicken Katsu Recipe

Chicken Katsu 


Ingredients: 
Sliced Chicken’s meat (without bones) 
100 gr wheat flour
50 gr pulverize rice
Eggs

How to make it:
1. Dip the chicken’s meat to the wheat flour.









2. Dip the chicken’s meat to the egg.













3. Dip the chicken’s meat to the pulverize rice.










4. Fry the chicken’s meat in the oil.










5. Wait until it colored golden brown; take it away from the oil.








6. Chicken Katsu is ready to be served.
