Crispy Squid
Ingredients:
500 gr Squid
100 gr wheat flour
50 gr pulverize rice
Eggs
Oil
Salt
How to make it:
1. Clean the squid from its head and ink.
2. Clean the skin of the squid until it colored white.
3. Slice it until it looks like a ring.
4. Dip the squid to the wheat flour.
5. Dip the squid to the egg.
6. Dip the squid to the pulverize rice.
7. Fry the squid in the oil.
8. Wait until it colored golden brown; take it away from the oil.
9. Crispy Squid is ready to be served.
